• The product does not match the description on our website

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund or exchange:

• Products purchased on final sale or clearance
• Customised or personalised items (unless defective or incorrect)
• Products returned without original packaging or tags
• Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage by the customer

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

2. Include your order number and reason for the refund
3. Provide photographs of the product (if damaged or defective)
4. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days

4. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method via Cashfree Payments. Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer's processing times.

5. Return Shipping

For eligible refund requests, we will provide a prepaid return label. The cost of return shipping will be borne by Lysha Collections if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. For other reasons, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. If the order has already been shipped, the cancellation will be treated as a return and our refund policy will apply.
